I sprits Jo Malone White Jasmine and Mint Cologne only once, on the back of my neck. It's a fresh, subtle scent that I never get sick of. I think that's important in a perfume. I just wanted to apologize for my erratic posting during the last few weeks. I've been working on studying for my exams, and starting a vintage shop on etsy. It will be up and running in a couple of days I hope. I worked on a banner and had to take a bunch of pictures for the images on etsy. My camera is very horrible and never does what I want it to do, so it takes double as long! So, that's where I've been. Hopefully it will be back to normal soon and everyone will enjoy looking at the really cool vintage stuff I have to offer! The photos above are of my grandmother when she was young, and my sister and cousin when they were young as well. I've always been inspired by the love of antiques by my grandmother Ruth, and the purple glass is what I inherited from her when she passed. Those type of sentimental things are always nice to have.

This apartment belongs to floral designer Nicolette Owen. I spotted it over at Design Sponge. This apartment reminds me so much of my own! It's like someone went into my brain and splatted it all over this apartment! I'm in love with little nick nacks, antiques, fresh flowers, airy colours..and you can tell she does too. It's so cute. I just love it. What a great find.

I found this vintage display case from an antique market. It can be laid flat on a bureau or hung up the way I did it. It was perfect the way it was; distressed light turquoise with black velvet and a few antique pegs already there. It's a great place to keep my few very favourite peices.

Louis Boudreault is a Montreal mixed media artist. He specializes in painting famous figures when they were children. Above is Einstein, Marilyn Monroe and Picasso. I really am in awe of his work. My boyfriend knew this and gave me a signed copy of his book for Christmas. He works in the same building as the artist. What an inspirational way of using your talent!

Here in Canada, in the Real Canadian Superstores, we have a clothing line called Joe Fresh Style. It's designer is Joe Mimram from Club Monaco. He started designing for the "grocery store" a couple of years ago, and I've been hooked ever since. The style's are of the moment and completely affordable. Plus, you never feel guilty about buying the clothes, because you're at the grocery store! I always end up leaving with a few pieces. I can't wait for the spring/summer line to be in stores.

I think these are the most beautiful bathing suits I have ever seen. They're by Ashley Paige's FW08 Collection. I remember seeing them on her TV show last year. I would definitely wear one of these-maybe not in the water though, it's too pretty! I would somehow try to incorporate it into an outfit! I wish she did a collection this year, but it doesn't look like it.

I was walking around Montreal the other day, and I happen to look into a really cute boutique up St.Laurent street and as I peered into the store, these shoes happen to catch my eye. I didn't go in but continued to think about the shoes. I thought maybe they were vintage and one of a kind. Just by luck, I just came across the shoes on the Revolve clothing website. The shoes are by Devotte clothing. Never heard of them. Expensive, but the most beautiful shoes I've ever seen, in my opinion. If anyone else loves them as much as I do, you can find them here.
